One lengthy ToDo.
Two weeks of super productive work on multiple of my projects. From preparing postcards for a franchised real shop system to improving my fotoshop.
This post will include two weeks of work, just because I missed writing one last week. I also considered not writing this blog anymore to reduce work load, but reading back the old posts really shows me what I manage to learn and accomplish and is therefore good for my mental health. So let’s keep going. The last two weeks I worked on a lengthy todo for all my projects which I am currently having to improve at multiple points. Especially for my Fotoprints.shop page I observed some user behaviour while showing the page to friends and family that I wanted to improve on and redirect.
This is my todo
✅ cut TikTok
✅ make newsletter button in Beri-Media.de hero more prominent.
✅ change heading of same hero to “Bilder für deinen Raum”
✅ replace dynamic import with standard next.js import
✅ resort blogs from newest to oldest on this page: https://beri-media.de/blog
✅ load images faster on my Fotoprints.shop page
✅ change the preview in the hero of the product page of each collection (e.g.: https://fotoprints.shop/product/der-erste-schnee)
✅ send a newsletter sign up confirmation email for this blogs newsletter
✅ post on LinkedIn about buysmarter.online
✅ create a n8n flow to more easily send marketing emails
✅ improve marketing email with more images and less links
🔄 print postcards to lay out in cafes as marketing
✅ still write 10 emails to doctors offices
✅ create my new app as a project in my projects page on Beri-media.de
When I’m done here I will continue to work on the onboarding and apple login of the new app I work on. I am really looking forward to this again. Having as many different points to work on stresses me out a little. So I try to keep the focus on the app and the Fotoprints.shop. Oh and yes! Here is my n8n flow to send marketing mails. Super basic, but I can upload a csv with emails and a nice looking eMail will be sent automatically to all those emails.
